Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Assistant role at GlobizSystems Sdn. Bhd. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for communication with clients, providing excellent customer service, sales activities, training on products/services, and assisting in sales management tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Recent graduates from Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field
• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Sales Management abilities
• Experienced or Freshers without experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• A passion for technology and staying up-to-date with industry trends
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of IT hardware and cloud services is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Support: Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, and scheduling meetings.
• Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor analysis, and opportunities for new product and service offerings.
• Digital Marketing: Support the team in developing marketing strategies, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and content creation.
