Job description
Job Responsibility
Represent the brand in a professional and positive manner
Support the day-to-day business operations of the boutique / counter
Be approachable and friendly in discovering customer's needs
Generate buying interest through the sharing of product knowledge
Recommend suitable products in meeting customer's preference and needs
Provide good customer service and shopping experience to customers
Keep abreast of product knowledge through continuous learning and training
Assist in all aspects of the boutique/counters, particularly display, cleanliness, etc.
Any other duties assigned by superior from time to time
Job Requirements
Full Time and Part Time positions are available
SPM leaver and fresh graduates are welcome to apply, as training will be provided
Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Customer Service Skills to provide excellent service, assist customers, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
Problem-solving Skills to handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
Well-groomed, pleasant, and positive personality
A team player who is proactive and highly motivated
Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
