Job description

Job Responsibility

  • Represent the brand in a professional and positive manner
  • Support the day-to-day business operations of the boutique / counter
  • Be approachable and friendly in discovering customer's needs
  • Generate buying interest through the sharing of product knowledge
  • Recommend suitable products in meeting customer's preference and needs
  • Provide good customer service and shopping experience to customers
  • Keep abreast of product knowledge through continuous learning and training
  • Assist in all aspects of the boutique/counters, particularly display, cleanliness, etc.
  • Any other duties assigned by superior from time to time

Job Requirements

  • Full Time and Part Time positions are available
  • SPM leaver and fresh graduates are welcome to apply, as training will be provided
  • Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Customer Service Skills to provide excellent service, assist customers, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
  • Problem-solving Skills to handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
  • Well-groomed, pleasant, and positive personality
  • A team player who is proactive and highly motivated
  • Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
