Sales Assistant

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Assistant to join our team at Sai Cond Sales & Engineering Sdn Bhd in Kluang, Johor. As a full-time Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales efforts and contributing to the overall success of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting the sales team in prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing leads to drive revenue growth
• Providing excellent customer service to both existing and potential clients
• Participating in the preparation and presentation of sales proposals and presentations
• Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer information in our CRM system
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive intelligence
• Supporting the wider sales team in administrative tasks and special projects as needed

What we're looking for

• Full Time / Internship are welcome to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Familiarity with computer software and a good understanding of sales process and techniques
• Enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a strong desire to learn and grow within the role
• Can understand in multiple languages (E.g. English/ Bahasa Malaysia/ Chinese) is a plus
