Serve as the main point of contact for customers in-store. Assist customers by answering their questions, finding products, checking stock availability, and processing their purchases.
Recommend products, upsell, and assist customers with purchase decisions.
Recommend and display items that match customer needs.

Ensure a good fit for the customer and the product.
Inform customers about special promotions and deals to encourage them to purchase our products and/or services.
Ensure customers are well-informed on any current sales, rewards programs, and store return policy.
Handle customer complaints and concerns calmly; find a reasonable solution (calling on a supervisor only when necessary).
Job Requirements
A sales assistant at our boutique helps customers find items, process transactions, and maintain the store. They also help with merchandising, customer service, and store appearance.
SPM/ Certificates or Diploma in Retail Sales Management or equivalent.
Previous retail and/or sales experience a major plus.
Strong communication skills.
Friendly, helpful, and engaging personality.

Physically fit, able to work long hours on one's feet.
