What you'll be doing

• Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Demonstrating and explaining the features and benefits of our products
• Completing sales transactions and processing payments
• Maintaining a well-organised and visually appealing retail space
• Restocking and replenishing inventory as needed
• Providing feedback on customer preferences and market trends
• Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
• Keeping up to date with product knowledge to offer the best advice
• Hosting live sessions on social media to showcase products, answer questions, and engage with customers online
• Assisting in creating and sharing social media content to promote the shop
