Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead the growth and expansion of our preschool. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in marketing, customer service, and sales. The ideal candidate will be proactive, independent, and capable of maintaining strong relationships with management and franchisees while shaping the future direction of the preschool.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and enrollment.
2. Lead Generation & Conversion: Drive traffic to the website, manage ad campaigns, and convert leads into enrollments.
3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with parents, management, and franchisees.
4. Decision Making: Make independent and timely decisions that align with business goals and vision.
5. Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and events.
6. Performance Analysis: Track campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize strategies to improve ROI.
7. Guiding the Future: Collaborate with management to shape the long-term vision and growth of the preschool.
8. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and excellent customer experience.

Qualifications:

1. 4–5 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in the education or service industry.
2. Some experience in customer service and relationship management.
3. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
4. Ability to work independently, make decisions, and take ownership of results.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Strategic mindset with the ability to plan and execute long-term goals.
7. Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM software, and data analysis.
8. High level of adaptability, problem-solving skills, and accountability.

Preferred Skills:

1. Knowledge of the preschool or education industry.
2. Experience in franchise management and multi-stakeholder coordination.
3. Creative thinking and innovative marketing approaches.
