Our client is an exclusive distributor in Malaysia specializing in the design, installation, maintenance, and modernization of elevators, escalators, moving walkways, and dumbwaiters. They offer end-to-end customization solutions and services based on clients' needs in compliance with the requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
To serve as the point of contact between a business and its prospects or clients.
To have responsibilities in identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to products and services.
To regularly update clients on equipment and site statuses.
To liaise with the principal on project and equipment statuses.
To prepare tender submissions, project proposals, quotations, and make sales presentations to clients.
Job Requirements:
At least a Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or equivalent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and confident in presentation.
Good attitude, aggressive, responsible, and able to work independently.
Able to use Microsoft Office such as Excel and Word.
Required language(s): English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Experience in the elevator/building material/construction industry is an advantage.
