Identify and source new sales opportunities through inbound leads, cold calls, and emails.
Develop new client base, maintain existing customers, secure business, and achieve sales targets.
Weekly visits to clients to collect sales orders for import & export shipments.
Attend to sales inquiries and provide quotations for current and prospective customers while endeavoring new business opportunities.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions and support.
Work closely with Customer Service, Operation, Documentation and other related departments to ensure customers’ needs and market intelligence are updated and communicated.
Maintain constant awareness of industry trends and market information and share insights internally.
Follow up with clients till booking is made and provide excellent after-sales service.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Marketing, or International Business, or equivalent.
Fresh graduate or at least 1 year of working experience in the related field will be an added advantage.
Possess own transport, and is willing to travel outstation.
