Sales and Marketing Executive

• Identify and develop new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients.
• Present and promote recruitment services to clients, offering tailored hiring solutions.
• Negotiate service agreements, pricing and contract terms with clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
• Provide regular updates to clients on candidate progress and recruitment timelines.
• Maintain accurate client records including contracts, hiring history and key contacts.
• Closely follow up with clients post-hiring to ensure satisfaction and explore future hiring needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market demands to offer strategies hiring advice.
• Collect and analyze clients feedback to improve service quality.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in recruitment, sales or business development is preferred.
• Experience liaising with overseas clients on recruitment needs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, sales-driven and results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Own transportation is a must.
