Work Location: Kajang, Selangor

Main Responsibilities:

1. Handle and respond promptly to all incoming inquiries via phone, fax, social media, and email in relation to sales in a professional and timely manner.
2. Coordinate with other departments and the event coordinator on all functions, group events, and special arrangements related to sales and marketing activities.
3. Prepare quotations, contracts, and raise pro-forma invoices to clients and prospects accurately and timely.
4. Upkeep of a client and agents database and ensure an efficient tracking system of all paperwork related to sales and marketing.
5. Update and prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, sales and marketing activities updates, etc.
6. Involved in coordinating bookings/reservations to all outlets.
7. Undertake any other tasks as assigned by Superior.
8. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Superior.

Requirements

1. Proficient with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
2. Proven work experience in Sales or Marketing background
3. Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills
4. Proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
