Sales and Marketing Admin Assistant

About the role

Images In Motion Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Marketing Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time position will provide crucial administrative and coordinating support to our marketing department, playing a key role in the successful delivery of our marketing campaigns and initiatives.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting the Sales Director in marketing and sales strategies designed for our airline clients.
• Conducting extensive research on competitors' services and sales strategies, integrating the knowledge into creative suggestions to improve sales and marketing strategies for our airline clients.
• Supporting the Sales Director in preparing and planning creative tender proposals, managing challenges over budget and time constraints.
• Working in collaboration with the Content Acquisitions department to ensure smooth delivery of products to client stakeholders.
• Creating marketing campaigns on social media platforms to promote company branding.
• Assisting with special or ad-hoc projects as needed by the company.

What we're looking for

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a marketing or administrative support role, preferably within the marketing and communications industry.
• A positive, can-do attitude with a proactive approach and a strong work ethic. We value initiative, organization, and a results-oriented mindset, along with a genuine desire to learn and take on new challenges.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Experience with digital design tools like Photoshop is a bonus.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• A passion for movies, TV shows, and various forms of entertainment is a plus.
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (speaking and reading) is required for managing overseas Chinese clients and content.
