The Sales Analyst for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for utilizing analytical and operational expertise to 1) partner with sales leadership to drive strategic goals, 2) increase understanding of drivers that influence sales performance and 3) ensure timely and quality execution of required operational processes for optimum business planning.

This position is part of the Commercial Team located in Malaysia and will be fully remote. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You report to the General Manager, SEA South and are responsible for strategy, structure, budgets, people, financial outcomes, and scorecard metrics. If you thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional role and want to work to build a world-class Sales Operations organization—read on.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Support the sales team by providing administrative and organizational assistance, including bid generation support, managing and maintaining the sales funnel (forecasting), facilitating communication, and sponsoring department meetings.
  • Demonstrate a strategic approach to achieve business objectives by asking strategic questions, aligning resources, developing action plans, and evaluating results.
  • Act as subject matter expertise in sales and service data sources and tools, delivering high-quality data analysis and actionable insights.
  • Consistently implement all operations protocols, procedures, and standards in a timely manner, supporting the execution of all phases of critical projects.
  • Contribute to the team’s performance, actively collaborating with others to design and ensure buy-in around solutions.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of sales operations and/or analytics experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to structure and conduct analyses to generate insight and recommendations.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, proficient in interacting with stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of working effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of Sales Force; Microsoft Power BI is a plus.
