Sales Agent (Property)

Job Responsibilities

1. Generate and follow up on leads to convert into sales.
2. Conduct property viewings, provide detailed information on properties, and answer client inquiries.
3. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring all paperwork and formalities are completed.
4. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the property market and trends.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and partners.
6. Provide advice and support to clients regarding financing, legal procedures, and property investment.
7. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's overall revenue growth.
8. Prepare and present property market analysis and reports.
9. Attend property exhibitions, networking events, and industry seminars as required.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in all sales transactions.

Minimum Requirements

1. Minimum of a high school diploma (Degree in Real Estate or related field is a plus).
2. Proven experience in property sales or real estate is preferred.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Excellent negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
5. Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an advantage.
8. Knowledge of the local property market and regulations is a plus.
