Sales Advisor (Automotive)

Develop and maintain good rapport with prospective and existing customers.

Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competition.

Collaborate with other departments and teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure customer satisfaction.

Achieve individual sales target and contribute to the branch sales target.

Aptitude for negotiation and persuasion.

Source and develop customers through multi-media marketing.

Provide customers with information on financing alternatives whenever appropriate.

To gain customers' loyalty and confidence, provide the greatest customer service achievable.

Perform outbound cold calling.

Participate and acquire new product knowledge.

Attend and follow up on all sales inquiries.

Understand customer needs and present offers and deals to customers.

Resolve customers' issues and provide advisory to customers.

Promote a positive brand image, maintaining a high level of professionalism and commitment towards customer satisfaction.

Contribute to the development of marketing strategies.

Participate in road-shows, sales activities, and launching events.

Handle objections and customer complaints efficiently and professionally.

Perform indoor and outdoor sales campaigns and promotions as instructed by Management.

Ability to perform sales presentations, offer test drives, follow up, with a view of closing sales, and responsibility to perform car delivery.

Carry out extra responsibilities as instructed by Management whenever necessary.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification with SPM/STPM/Diploma/Higher Diploma/Bachelor Degree in any field.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Language proficiency – English (Mandatory), Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Ability to work on weekends and hectic roadshow schedules.

Computer savvy would be an added advantage (Proactive on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or other Social Media Ads).

Must have a driving license and possess own transport.

Independent and target-focused, able to achieve goals with limited direct supervision.

Required Skill(s): Good interpersonal and communication skills, strong customer management abilities, self-motivated, responsible, target-driven, strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Working experience in sales and marketing and understanding of the automobile industry will be advantageous.

Must be willing to work in Setia Alam/Klang/Puchong.
