Responsibilities

1. Greet and engage customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
2. Explain vehicle features, specifications, and benefits.
3. Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities.
4. Present financing, leasing, and insurance options.
5. Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.

Product Knowledge & Consultation

1. Stay updated on new car models, technologies, and industry trends.
2. Provide professional advice on vehicle selection based on customer needs.
3. Explain after-sales services, warranties, and maintenance plans.

Sales Process Management

1. Generate leads through online inquiries, showroom walk-ins, and cold calls.
2. Follow up with potential buyers via calls, emails, and appointments.
3. Maintain records of customer interactions and sales progress.
4. Process sales paperwork, loan applications, and registration documents.

Customer Service & Relationship Management

1. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
2. Provide post-sales support, including delivery coordination and feedback collection.
3. Address customer complaints and escalate issues if needed.

Sales Targets & Performance

1. Work towards monthly and annual sales targets.
2. Develop and execute sales strategies to boost performance.
3. Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and test drive campaigns.
4. Work with marketing teams to promote vehicles and offers.
5. Coordinate with service teams for after-sales support.
6. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
