As an Internal Sales Advisor, you are the primary contact point for customers and prospects for Malaysia customers for all matters related to Orders, Offers, Invoices, Logistics, complaints, etc.
You have both in- and outbound contacts with customers and prospects.
Reacting to incoming calls, emails, enquiries, and walk-in customers.
Follow up with customers on offers made on a daily and weekly basis and gather information such as product market price, competition, economic situation, etc., sharing it with your managers.
You register and deal with complaints and provide good follow-up, also in consultation with the quality team/Managers.
You collaborate closely with colleagues within your team and other departments.
Acting as back-up for colleagues (if required).
You need to work closely with the Branch Manager/Business Development Managers to offer commercial support and opportunities from customers.
You proactively contact customers regarding marketing actions, promotions, new products, and also promote the TVH E-shop platform to all customers.
You process replies from different departments within TVH and communicate these to the customer/prospect.
Attend internal training and meetings if required.
How to Succeed / Your Profile
Multiple years of relevant experience in a (technical-)commercial function.
You have a very good knowledge of Malay and English (oral and written). Knowledge of Chinese or other languages is a plus.
You are a strong relational sales agent focused on achieving results.
You are a team player and can work independently.
You are strong in communication.
You have an organizational mindset and you think along.
