Sales Advisor

As a Sales Advisor at Reimagined Rides, a wholly owned subsidiary of ETG Ventures Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales within our dynamic automotive retail environment. This full-time position is located in Shah Alam, Selangor, and offers the opportunity to be a part of an innovative and growing company committed to redefining the car buying experience.

What you'll be doing

1. Engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
2. Demonstrating and showcasing our range of vehicles to generate excitement and interest
3. Conducting test drives and providing personalised recommendations to customers
4. Closing sales by navigating the purchase process and ensuring a seamless experience
5. Maintaining detailed knowledge of our product offerings, pricing, and promotions
6. Contributing to the achievement of individual and team sales targets
7. Providing excellent post-sales support and follow-up with customers

What we're looking for

1. Passionate about cars with a strong desire to succeed
2. Experience in sales is an added advantage
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and connect with customers
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
5. Enthusiasm for the automotive industry and a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
6. Proficiency in both Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken
7. A valid driving licence and the ability to drive various vehicle models
