Sales Advisor

LUXE PROPERTIES (GT) SDN. BHD. is seeking a talented and driven Sales Advisor to join our team in Ipoh, Perak. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our premium real estate offerings to prospective clients. What you'll be doing

1. Actively engaging with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences
2. Providing detailed information and guidance on LUXE PROPERTIES' residential and commercial properties
3. Conducting property viewings and presentations to showcase the unique features and benefits of our developments
4. Negotiating and closing sales transactions in a professional and ethical manner
5. Maintaining a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities through effective prospecting and networking
6. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
7. Providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the real estate industry
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
3. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
4. Excellent negotiation and closing skills
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software
6. A keen interest in the property market and a passion for helping clients find their dream homes or investment properties
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
