Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the sales administration process, ensuring all sales orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Maintain records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and inventory.
Handle the complete vehicle registration process, including preparing and submitting necessary documentation.
Liaise with relevant authorities to ensure timely registration of vehicles.
Keep up-to-date with changes in vehicle registration regulations and procedures.
Administer and manage vehicle insurance policies.
Ensure all vehicles have valid insurance coverage and that policies are renewed on time.
Handle insurance claims and coordinate with insurance providers for prompt resolution.
Ensure all vehicles have current road tax and that renewals are processed on time.
Maintain accurate records of road tax payments and due dates.
Coordinate with relevant authorities for road tax payments and compliance.
Supervise and lead the administrative team, providing guidance and support as needed.
Assign tasks and responsibilities, ensuring the team meets deadlines and performs efficiently.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training to enhance team skills.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to sales administration, vehicle registration, insurance, and road tax.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare regular reports on sales, registration, insurance, and road tax activities.
Maintain comprehensive and organized records for audit purposes.
Ensure all administrative processes comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes affecting sales administration, vehicle registration, insurance, and road tax.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales administration within the automotive industry.
Proven experience in handling vehicle registration, insurance policies, and road tax.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and sales administration software.
Utilize GDMS for inventory management and sales tracking (preferred).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and compliance.
Must be able to work at Hartamas Shopping Center.
Ready to work overtime or support on weekend events (with overtime payment/replacement leave).
Must understand Mandarin to deal with Management /Client from China.
