Sales Administrative Executive
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Manages all the Outlets Contracts in a compliance manner
- Provide analysis data for ASM prior to making decisions on solus or preferential outlets acquired
- Co-ordination for contract creation & termination
- Ensure all Sponsorships and Payment Milestones are transparent and compliant with the Company’s policy
- Stamping of outlet contracts
- System Update and Reporting
- Invoice handling process and procedures
- Change Billing info for outlets
- Co-ordination for closing of outlet UCC
- POSM inventory management
- Compilation of distributors' empties report to HQ
- Rebate Vouchers (for distributors) management and reporting to HQ
- FOH Tracking and to Improve Profitability
- Monitor and track FOH spend within budget
- Ensure accuracy of claims
- Highlight/report abnormal spend/claims/purchases and suggest alternatives
- General Administrative Support
- Person-in-charge for JML procedures for Region
- Travel arrangement for staff
- Ensuring safety, security, and hygiene of the office and store at all times
- Regular checks on office facilities including ordering of office supplies and maintaining inventory
- Fleet Management
- Warehouse Management
- Ensure POSM handling procedures are in order
- Inventory checking against MDA and perform GRN
- Record issuance on a daily basis
- Periodic stock-take and reporting
- Ensure proper maintenance of the warehouse with systematic arrangement and tracking infrastructure for POSM stock
Requirements:
- At least a diploma in Business Administration, Economics or its equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, including invoice management
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to work and interact effectively in a team-based environment
- Versatile, organized, result-oriented and enjoy the challenge of working in a competitive and fast-paced environment
