Sales Administration Executive

CITY MAX DEVELOPMENT SDN. BHD. – Kota Kinabalu, Sabah

Job Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and liaise with bankers, solicitors, and purchasers on SPA and loan-relevant matters.
2. Ensure billings, termination notices, reminder letters, and loan documentation are carried out in accordance with the terms and conditions of SPA.
3. Coordinate with the internal sales team and/or external agents for all new bookings, sales documentation, and cancellation cases.
4. Follow up and coordinate with the project team regarding the prompt issuance of Architect Certificates and utility applications, the sales team for purchaser file matters, and the finance team for billing and collection matters.
5. Update master control to ensure data entry accuracy and tracking of sales conversions are within the stipulated time.
6. Update all data in the system and deliver accurate reports on time.
7. Coordinate Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA)/Deed of Mutual Covenant (MOT)/Loan Agreement (LA) and relevant documents signed with the buyers and stipulated panel lawyers.
8. Closely monitor aging and sales conversion with the internal sales team and/or appointed sales agencies.
9. Prepare monthly and weekly reports for management.
10. Attend to customers' queries and work closely with other departments to resolve issues within the stipulated deadline.
11. Assist superiors with any tasks assigned as needed.
12. Attend to customers' inquiries and provide selling support during sales events/roadshows/exhibitions.
