Join Our Team as a Sales Admin Executive at a Premier Flooring & Wall Paneling Company

Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for customer service? Our dynamic flooring and wall paneling company is looking for a talented Sales Admin to join our team! In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting our sales team, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

What you'll be doing

Sales Administration:

  • Act as the point of contact between the sales executives and internal / external clients.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including receiving orders, preparing delivery orders, invoicing, and following up on payments.
  • Maintain and update sales records, client accounts, and documentation to ensure smooth operations.
  • Accurately process customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams for stock availability and shipment scheduling.

Customer Support

  • Address customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and order status.
  • Provide professional and friendly assistance to resolve any issues.
  • Maintain meaningful relationships with clients by understanding their needs, preferences, and challenges.
  • Regularly recommend suitable products or materials to match client requirements.

Team Support:

  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless client service and operational efficiency.
  • Assist the sales team in all aspects of sales processes, documentation, administrative support, and delivery arrangements.
  • Support internal sales team / external agents by providing related information.

Administrative Duties

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities.
  • Perform any other duties that may be assigned by your superior or the Management as deemed necessary.

What we're looking for

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM / 'O' level, Higher Secondary/ STPM / 'A Level / Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, any field.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin speaking will be an added advantage.
  • Team Skills – ability to work collaboratively with others in a participative management environment; working independently as well as in a team.
  • Computer literate, familiar with SQL & MS Office: Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
