Responsibilities:
- Report to / assist Manager, Sales Administration in the daily sales administration functions and ensure smooth and efficient operations of the Division.
- Process purchase orders from customers, check with warehouse on stock availability and prepare daily delivery list.
- Respond to customer enquiries, phone calls, requests, etc.
- Follow up closely with Warehouse on the arrival of stock.
- Prepare debit/credit notes and liaise with Finance & Accounts Department.
- Assist in monitoring payment collection.
- Ensure proper filing of documents/records.
- Prepare reports such as sales report, purchase report, etc.
- Any other tasks as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Management / Commerce / Economics or equivalent.
- Applicants with a minimum 1 year of general administration experience will have an advantage.
- Competent in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
