Order Processing: Assist in processing export sales orders and tracking them to ensure timely delivery.
Documentation: Prepare and manage export paperwork, such as invoices, packing lists, and shipping instructions.
Customer Support: Help respond to customer inquiries about orders, delivery timelines, and products.
Shipping Coordination: Work with the shipping team to ensure products are shipped on time.
Internal Communication: Assist in coordinating between sales, production, and shipping teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Payment Monitoring: Track and follow up on customer payments.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate sales and order records.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, International Trade, or related fields preferred.
Experience: 1-2 years in sales support, export, or customer service.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Basic knowledge of export documentation.
Language: Fluent in English.
