Job description

Join Brightstar Computer and be part of our team in the tech industry! We are looking for a Sales Admin (B2B) who can multitask and efficiently support our business clients and sales operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Communicate with corporate clients regarding products & promotions
  2. Prepare sales reports & update records in the system
  3. Support the sales team with order processing, deliveries & stock coordination
  4. Liaise with suppliers & business partners to ensure smooth operations
  5. Handle customer inquiries professionally & efficiently
  6. Multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  1. Experience in sales support/administration (B2B experience is an advantage)
  2. Strong communication, problem-solving & multitasking skills
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & CRM systems is a plus
  4. Interest in the tech & computer retail industry
