Monitoring SPA, loan documentations, progressive billings, credit control and all matters pertaining to credit and sales administration functions.
Liaison with purchasers, bankers and solicitors for coordination and documentation; generate relevant correspondences e.g. Letter of Undertakings, progress billings, collections, reminders, interests, official receipts, etc.
Ensure all sales information and documents are maintained to facilitate easy reference.
Attend and handle all inquiries and resolve any property related matter.
Other responsibilities assigned by the superior.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Diploma Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
Adaptable and self-driven, able to work independently.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Wiz Developer System.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in sales administration in property development or property agency.
