Job description
  • Provide support to sales team in processing of vehicle sales documents, stock ordering, insurance processing, collection of payments, commission submissions, reports and other administrative functions.
  • Process and update customer booking data.
  • Monitor compliance of documents submitted for vehicle sales and delivery.
  • Prepare payments to JPJ and vendors.
  • Prepare Vehicle Invoices.
  • Prepare submission of sales specialist commission.
  • Liaise with bank for collection of payments.
  • Manage customer payment (Debtors ageing).
  • Submission of daily collection to Finance HQ.
  • Submission of reports and documents to relevant departments.

Knowledge & Skill:

  • SPM & Professional related certs.
  • Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Business Studies, Administration, Economics or related field.
