Provide support to sales team in processing of vehicle sales documents, stock ordering, insurance processing, collection of payments, commission submissions, reports and other administrative functions.
Process and update customer booking data.
Monitor compliance of documents submitted for vehicle sales and delivery.
Prepare payments to JPJ and vendors.
Prepare Vehicle Invoices.
Prepare submission of sales specialist commission.
Liaise with bank for collection of payments.
Manage customer payment (Debtors ageing).
Submission of daily collection to Finance HQ.
Submission of reports and documents to relevant departments.
Knowledge & Skill:
SPM & Professional related certs.
Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Business Studies, Administration, Economics or related field.
