Sales Admin Cum Logistics Executive

• To handle sales-related documentation (quotations, DOs, and customer database updates).
• Organize and maintain a proper filing system for sales documents and customer accounts.
• Coordinate logistics together with the operations team to ensure smooth execution.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns.
• Follow up on debtor payments and monitor payment status.
• Coordinate the logistic process for local and oversea shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery to customers and suppliers.
• Maintain relationship with freight forwarders, shipping lines and customs brokers to optimize logistics operations.
• Track and report on the status of shipment, monitoring for delays and managing disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements.
• Prepare and review shipping documentation, such as packing lists and export declarations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align logistics operations with production schedules and customer requirements.
• Perform any other adhoc task assigned by superior.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess SPM/Diploma/Degree.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Previous experience in logistic department or sales back office are considered an advantage to the candidates.
• Mandarin speakers will be advantages to the candidates.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
