SALES ADMIN ASSISTANT

We are currently looking for a good team-player, self-motivated, energetic and independent person to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Update daily sales figures, purchase orders & stock replenishment for stores.
• Plan & prepare for new store items & products.
• Filing, data entry and perform good housekeeping of sales/stocks database.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
• Handle incoming & outgoing calls from customers, service technicians, and subcontractors.
• Liaise internally with our sales, accounts, warehouse, and scheduling teams.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma/Degree Level in any field.
• Advantage for candidates with sales experience in sanitaryware industries.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work as a team and independently.
• Performance-driven, energetic and self-motivated.
