Sales Admin Assistant

About the role

QL Poultry Farms Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Sales Admin Assistant to join our team in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. This full-time position will provide vital administrative support to our sales department, ensuring efficient and effective customer service.

What you'll be doing

• Providing administrative support to the sales team, including processing orders, maintaining customer records, and generating reports
• Handling customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Assisting with the preparation and distribution of sales and marketing materials
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory records
• Undertaking general office duties as required

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or customer service role, preferably within the agricultural or farming industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality customer service
• Familiarity with inventory management and order processing systems
