Sales Acquisition (Contractual), SPX Express (Penang, Perak and Kedah)

SPX Xpress (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. – Kampar, Perak

Responsibilities:

• Partner acquisition - acquire retail stores to sign up as SPX Service Points, offering parcel collection/drop-off services to Shopee sellers and buyers.
• Every sales agent will be given a list of targeted locations and agents are required to pitch the SPX program to the target stores (or any eligible retail store within a 250m radius from targeted locations; eligible stores = opening hours: minimum 5.5 days a week, open until 6PM).
• Handle the entire process from lead acquisition, contract signing, and delivery of Point of Sale Material (POSM), to onboarding and training of the new partners.

Requirements:

• Good command of Malay and English, both written and spoken.
• Good relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Able to pitch confidently & with a driven attitude to achieve sales targets.
• Outgoing personality and good negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, including data entry and simple spreadsheet management.
