Sales Acquisition (6 Months Contract), Spx Express (Port Klang)

Attractive salary package of RM2,500 basic + RM 500 travel allowance upon confirmation + performance-based incentives up to RM 200 + Commission with no capped.

• Must have own transportation to facilitate work-related duties
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken
• Candidates must possess at least SPM
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
• Good relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Able to pitch confidently & with a driven attitude to achieve sales target
• Outgoing personality and good negotiation skill
• Basic knowledge of Excel, including data entry and simple spreadsheet management
• Partner acquisition - acquire retail stores to sign up as SPX Buyer Self Collection Point, offering parcel collection services to Shopee buyers.
• Every sales agent will be given a list of targeted locations and agents are required to pitch SPX program to the target stores (or any eligible retail store within 250m radius from targeted locations; eligible stores = opening hours: minimum 5.5 days a week, open until 6PM)
• Handle the entire process from lead acquisition, contract signing, and delivery of Point of Sale Material (POSM), to onboarding and training of the new partners.
