To plan and align business goals with Key Accounts - Short term (1 year) and Long term (3 years) - Build Sustainable & Profitable Biz
To drive revenue growth for both ASICS and the accounts through diligent monitoring of key sales indicators like sell-in, sell-thru data, inventory, market competition, market trends, channels, and door expansion plans
To plan for seasonal account reviews to align business goals and OTB
To ensure seasonal marketing launches fully penetrate in Key Account/ Key door for our Key Style or Key Franchise
Plan, set and achieve revenue targets per month/season/year with respective accounts as per KPI
To ensure constant feedback on product assortment needed that is relevant and provides opportunity for the local market
Plan for Consumer Right Product Assortment & Products Segmentation/ SMU
To ensure that product assortment maps with accounts’ tiering
To ensure products are delivered and launched at the desired launch month
To consolidate monthly sell-through and inventory reports from key accounts for business analysis
Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming for customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation
To ensure all accounts are following our credit terms
Work closely with the trade marketing team and ensure marketing campaigns are well executed according to the launch plan
To ensure our products penetrate through existing stores and new expansion stores
To create separation with our competitors in Running and One Indoor category
To widen our distribution for Sportstyle in Silver assortment
To ensure we Win The War at retail by showcasing/communicating our innovation technology and ensuring key doors buy into the Seasonal Campaign or Key assortment.
To grow and expand our APEQ business with key accounts to showcase our full product assortment (head-to-toe) at retail
To drive Trade Marketing with Key Accounts to increase sell-through
To partner with the product team to conduct product training prior to the new season launch
Job Requirements:
Diploma / Bachelor in Business Administration, Sales or Marketing
Requires 1-2 years of working experience; understanding retail business is a plus
Ability to engage and manage business discussions (internal and external)
Experience in implementing sales programs, policies, and procedures
Good analytical skills and some experience in retail metrics preferred
Good verbal and written communication skills
Able to influence both cross-functionally and vertically within the organization
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) tools
