Safety & Health Officer

Requirements

• Must possess a valid Green Book
• At least 3 years of experience in HSE related functions & management
• Strong leadership with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Thorough understanding of OSHA, FMA and any other related local authorities’ requirements, regulations and compliances
• Must be willing to work at Samalaju Industrial Area
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Experience in E&I Construction will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• To assist the company in developing and maintaining safety documentation in compliance with OSHA, FMA, and other authorities’ policies and procedures together with clients’ safety rules and implementations
• To review and monitor the latest legal and other compliance and to update accordingly.
• Responsible for implementing the requirements based on the HSE Documentation compiled.
• To compile and maintain HSE records and documentation and keep it updated as necessary.
• To keep record of First Aid kits and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Any other jobs related to HSE assigned by HOD.
