Job description

To ensure Company adhere will all regulation states by DOSH, KKM etc.
To do budgeting and coordinate on all safety and health monitoring such as audiometric, ergonomic, CHRA etc.
To coordinate SHEC that functions to assist in the development of safety and health rules and safe systems of work, review the effectiveness of safety and health programmes, carry out studies on the trends of accidents, near-miss accidents, dangerous occurrences, occupational poisoning or occupational diseases etc.
To prepare monthly safety reports and SHE Training plans on external and internal training.
To prepare yearly inspection schedules and monitoring plans such as CF machinery, BOMBA CF etc.
Conduct safety training for new contractors and workers.
To ensure all direct and indirect personnel related to health and safety activities adhere and comply with Group Procurement Policy that has been drawn up and clearly defined.
Perform plant facility HSE inspections and the ability to evaluate and maintain PPE issuance.
To support production regarding any chemical storage and chemical handling on the new line.
To review HIRAC, ROA and SPKA yearly.
To ensure Company adheres to all regulations stated by DOE and SWCORP under the Ministry of Housing and Local Government.
To do budgeting and coordinate on all environmental monitoring such as water analysis, waste characteristics, air quality, noise boundary, sewage analysis etc.
To coordinate EPMC meetings which function primarily to monitor and assess the operations, maintenance, and performance of all Pollution Prevention and Mitigation (P2M2) measures.
To coordinate schedule waste and IETS compliance with DOE.
To maintain and be responsible as EMR for ISO 14001.
To review Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA).

Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering, attended a safety & health officer course and must have a Green Book.
3 years of working experience in manufacturing as a safety & health officer.
Knowledge in responsible business alliance (RBA) is an advantage.
Good interpersonal & communication skills.
Willing to work at Bandar Tenggara, Johor.
Able to join immediately is an advantage.
