Job Responsibility
- Provide guidance to OSH Assistant to perform OSH issues.
- Conduct OSHWA every half year.
- Monitor and guide schedule waste competence person in waste monitoring and reporting.
- Prepare, investigate and present reports on accidents and violations and determine causes to the management.
- Actively involved in ISO 9001 QMS and fully aware and responsible on the implementation at workplace.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the management or supervisors.
Job Requirements
- Valid Greenbook is required.
- Reporting to the General Manager.
- Plan, review and implement OSHA policies and programs for compliance and monitoring.
- Routine walkabout to ensure all employees adhere to all the OSHA rules and regulations.
- Conduct Occupational Safety, Health and Environment monthly inspection.
- Perform HIRAC for each process and department.
- Involved in various audits, internal, external and certification and recommend continuous improvement.
- Prepare, investigate and present reports on accidents and violations and determine causes to the management.
- Ensure site cleanliness and free from dengue outbreak.
- Draft, review and revise job safety analysis, safety operating procedure and work instruction.
