Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new subscriptions and achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and engage with potential clients, including key decision-makers in plantation companies, to promote LintraMax’s Quarto Plantation Management System.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through consultative selling and excellent service.
• Lead the entire sales cycle, from initial contact through negotiation to closing deals.
• Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to generate leads and explore new market opportunities.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to the management team.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to expand LintraMax's reach.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adapt our sales strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SaaS or technology sales, with a track record in consultative selling, relationship management, and closing deals.
• Experience in technical pre-sales, business development, or service delivery is a plus.
• Proven ability to work independently with an entrepreneurial, problem-solving mindset.
• Strong communication skills with a professional, persuasive approach.
• Patience and skill in managing negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
