Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our SaaS sales initiatives. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving the expansion of our AI-powered retail solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS sales, a deep understanding of the retail industry, and a passion for leveraging technology to enhance business performance

Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Strategy Development:
Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the retail sector. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to effectively position STHRIVEs solutions in the market. - Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by targeting potential clients in the retail industry. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events. - Sales Presentations & Negotiations:
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Articulate the value proposition of STHRIVEs AI-powered solutions and tailor proposals to meet client needs. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets. - Client Relationship Management:
Establish and foster strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations. Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding their business challenges and aligning STHRIVEs solutions to address their needs. - Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration and client satisfaction. Provide feedback from the field to inform product enhancements and marketing strategies. - Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage the sales pipeline, and report on key performance metrics. Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance and market feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the SaaS industry and with a focus on retail solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the retail industry and the challenges faced by frontline employees.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English & Chinese
