Job Description

1. Leading and managing the Accounting & Finance team.
2. Ensuring the timely and accurate completion of RTR processes.
3. Implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures.
4. Managing the preparation of all financial reports.
5. Overseeing the annual budgeting and planning process.
6. Providing strategic recommendations to the company and advising on long-term business and financial planning.
7. Reviewing all formal finance, HR, and IT related procedures.
8. Supporting the company's financial auditing processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful RTR Team Lead should have:

1. A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
2. Proven experience in a similar role within the retail industry.
3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
4. Excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
5. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
6. Proficiency in financial software systems and databases.
