Responsibilities:

To lead and focus on maximizing sales and commercial opportunities in the following areas:

1. Maximize the sales return per square foot;
2. Increase average basket and overall transactions of the responsible business unit.
3. Efficiency of the full preparation/implementation of sales promotion activities;
4. Seasonal change is accordance to the seasonal guide provided and merchandise display present the season highlight and the standard of display is high to promote better shopping experience and increase sales.
5. Analyze sales figures and seek ways to increase sales via looking into areas of strengths and weaknesses guided by commercial numbers and on-floor observation.
6. Use stock management systems to ensure optimum stock availability and provide solutions to ensure logistic movements of stocks including consolidation is being carried out in the most efficient manner i.e. WH to store, fitting room stock turnaround time and receiving stocks turnaround time are optimum.
7. Fully implement best practices following the commercial management toolkit as a guide to better manage the commercial aspect of the store business.
8. Lead and motivate the team to achieve daily targets set.

Job Requirements

1. Must be a Malaysian citizen.
2. Experience in retail sports for at least 2-3 years is compulsory.
3. At least 4 years of direct working experience in managing retail stores.
4. Experience leading a team size of 10-15 associates.
5. Candidate must be willing to work on retail hours and on public holidays.
