Responsibilities:

1. Maximize the sales return per square foot;
2. Increase average basket and overall transactions of the responsible business unit;
3. Ensure the efficiency of the full preparation/implementation of sales promotion activities;
4. Implement seasonal changes according to the seasonal guide and ensure merchandise displays highlight the season, maintaining high standards to promote a better shopping experience and increase sales;
5. Analyze sales figures and seek ways to increase sales by identifying strengths and weaknesses guided by commercial numbers and on-floor observations;
6. Utilize stock management systems to ensure optimum stock availability and provide solutions for efficient logistic movements of stocks, including consolidation from warehouse to store, fitting room stock turnaround time, and receiving stocks turnaround time;
7. Fully implement best practices following the commercial management toolkit to better manage the commercial aspects of the store business;
8. Lead and motivate the team to achieve daily targets set.

Job Requirements

1. Must be a Malaysian citizen;
2. At least 2-3 years of experience in retail sports is compulsory;
3. At least 4 years of direct working experience in managing retail stores;
4. Experience in leading a team size of 10-15 associates;
5. Candidate must be willing to work on retail hours and public holidays.
