RPA Developer & Support (Microsoft Power Automate)

Position: RPA Developer & Support (Microsoft Power Automate)

Location: Pantai Dalam, KL

Eligibility: Malaysians Only

Responsibilities

1. Understand and analyze business requirements through interaction with business users
2. Create innovative solutions within the Power Automate platform
3. Work closely with application/system owners executing the systems involved
4. Develop and support pilot processes
5. Facilitate the design and development of processes utilizing best standards
6. Develop solutions in accordance with process specifications
7. Perform realistic assessments of development time
8. Plan for bot deployments and participate in deployment activities
9. Conduct research and analysis to create innovative solutions
10. Participate in end-to-end development activities, including Process Analysis, Design, Implementation, Problem-Solving, System Testing, Deployment, and Support
11. Utilize problem-solving skills to understand client pain points and troubleshoot challenges
12. Provide architecture, configuration, administration, and functional support to expand capabilities
13. Design end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing
14. Develop solution documentation, including flowcharts, layouts, and diagrams
15. Stay updated on the latest security technology, methodologies, and development
16. Research new components/features introduced in Microsoft Power Platform

Requirements

1. Basic Qualifications:
2. Certified as a Microsoft M365 Developer Associate or Certified Microsoft Power Automate Developer
3. Experience in process automation leveraging Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, PowerApps, Power BI, etc.
4. Experience with JavaScript, Excel Macro, JQuery, Web Services, HTML5, and CSS3

6. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to gather business process details and identify solution requirements
7. Good communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience
8. Strong organization and self-management skills, willing to take initiative and follow through
9. Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities
10. Experience with version control systems and practices
11. A working knowledge of current business processes and the ability to understand new business processes
12. An ability to envision how an automated solution will work in the wider business environment, understand its advantages, and anticipate its effects
13. The ability to work with a structured and methodical approach, combined with an enquiring mind
14. An aptitude for problem solving, with the ability to take a logical route to the source of an error
15. Experience with Agile project delivery methods, tools, and concepts
16. Advantages:
17. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent certification
18. Certification in one or more other automation technologies (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate)
19. 3-5 years of experience in .Net development with familiarity with C#, ASP.Net MVC, Entity Framework, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
20. Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu
