Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and experienced RPA analyst to join our team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Analyze existing processes and workflows to determine feasibility for automation.
• Design RPA solutions using RPA platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including external vendor, operations, and business units, to drive RPA initiatives and achieve business objectives.
• Stay current with RPA industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Project management.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as an RPA Analyst or similar role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in RPA development and implementation.
• Strong understanding of business processes, workflow automation, and process optimization.
• Hands-on experience with RPA tools and platforms.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python are a plus.
• Relevant RPA certifications are a plus.
