Position Overview:

We are seeking an innovative and persuasive Marketing Manager to lead our brand’s public relations and marketing efforts. Inspired by Kelly Jones, the charismatic yet cunning advertising executive from "To The Moon," this role demands a strategic thinker with a talent for navigating complex situations and driving public interest through creative and sometimes unconventional means. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for enhancing the brand image, managing high-stakes campaigns, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Marketing & Public Relations:
    - Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and PR strategies that elevate the company’s profile and align with business goals.
    - Leverage market research to identify opportunities for brand positioning and audience engagement.
  2. Campaign Management:
    - Lead and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring impactful execution across digital, print, and media platforms.
    - Utilize creative approaches, including partnerships and sponsorships, to amplify the brand’s reach.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement:
    - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, corporate partners, and media outlets.
    - Act as the primary point of contact for high-level negotiations and public affairs.
  4. Crisis Communication:
    - Handle sensitive and potentially damaging situations with finesse, ensuring the brand’s reputation remains intact.
    - Develop contingency plans for potential PR crises, demonstrating a proactive approach to risk management.
  5. Team Management:
    - Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
    - Oversee the professional development of team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  6. Innovation:
    - Introduce innovative marketing techniques that capture public interest and differentiate the brand in a competitive market.
    - Continuously explore new avenues for brand storytelling, ensuring content remains fresh and relevant.
  7. Ethical Decision-Making:

Requirements:

  1. - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; a Master’s degree is advantageous.
  2. - 5+ years of experience in marketing or public relations, with a focus on high-stakes or government-related campaigns.
  3. - Demonstrated ability to lead successful marketing initiatives that involve complex stakeholder management.
  4. - Strong understanding of digital marketing, media relations, and crisis communication.
  5. - Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of developing talent.
  6. - Proficient in both Mandarin and English.
