Compliance & Risk (Banking & Financial Services)

Responsibilities:

1. Actively monitor global financial markets, including foreign exchange, global stock indices, and commodities, staying updated on relevant news and developments.
2. Investigate real-time alerts, understand their impact, and ensure that risks remain within policy limits, following established procedures.
3. Support the optimal performance of trading platforms by troubleshooting issues, configuring platforms (MT4/MT5), and assisting with trade-related concerns under guidance.
4. Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports on trading activity, market trends, and risk assessments, providing actionable insights to senior management.
5. Perform additional tasks as needed, demonstrating adaptability to meet evolving company priorities.

Job Requirements:

1. Candidates must possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
2. At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in a similar field.
3. Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in market monitoring and analysis.
4. Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and clearly convey information.
6. Proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
7. Preferred familiarity with Python and MySQL to enhance technical skills in the trading environment.
8. Good planning, problem-solving, organization skills, and strong communication skills.
