In your role as a Risk Analyst, you will be responsible for the risk assessment of company performance by analyzing user profile & behaviour to ensure company interests are well protected from any suspicious & abnormal activities while aligning with the strategy & planning of the department & organization.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Performs Daily Tasks:
2. Conduct analysis and provide solutions & advice upon request through Microsoft Teams/Freshdesk/Email from other departments: e.g., Payment, CS, Marketing.
3. Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to ensure user identity is genuine.
4. Tasks include but are not limited to summary report & slide preparation assigned by superior.

Monitor & Identify Abnormal Trends from Data:

1. To identify abnormal users based on their profile.
2. To evaluate user behaviour by analyzing transactional data.
3. To review the eligibility of bonus applicants.
4. To monitor the spike of data and take immediate action for risk control.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/A Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Required Language(s): English and Mandarin (written and spoken) as you are required to deal with a Mandarin-speaking client pool.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, Report writing.
• Able to work in shifts, irregular hours, weekends, and public holidays.
• Ability to work well under pressure and tight time frames.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
