We are looking for a Rider Payment Analyst to join our growing team in Operations, at the heart of the foodpanda business! Operations at foodpanda aims to improve our customer offering by bringing efficiency and improvements through a data-centric approach. This position reports to the Manager, Rider Payment Rules.
Key Responsibilities
- Key member of the operations vertical and support driving growth in alignment with the country/organizational strategy
- Execute projects with the local and the global team to their maximum potential
- Take ownership of operations excellence improvement initiatives that strengthen our relationships with customers, vendors, and riders
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that Operations is always aligned with the larger vision of the organization
- Hands-on approach and love going into details to better understand and shape solutions to our daily operational issues
- Work with the operations team to strategize on incentives and payments for Delivery Partners
What You Need to Be Successful
- You love data and numbers
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in STEM, Actuarial Science, Economics, or Business
- 2-3 years of relevant experience with preferably at least 1-2 years of work experience in high growth startups or tech companies
- Hands-on in SQL (Python is an add-on)
- Flexible and fast learner and able to adapt to fast-paced environments
- You are no stranger to working under pressure, for quick deadlines
- Open-minded and eager to learn even the most minimal detail of the business
- Willing to question the status quo and contribute to ideas when needed
- Attention to detail and focused on producing quality work
