About the role

We are seeking passionate and experienced Retail Watch Promoter to join our vibrant team at Ho Chuan Watch in Skudai, Johor. As a full-time Retail Watch Promoter, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our premium range of watches to customers in our retail store.

What you'll be doing

• Providing exceptional customer service and guiding customers through our product range to find the perfect watch to suit their needs
• Maintaining an organised and visually appealing product display to showcase our watches
• Achieving daily, weekly and monthly sales targets through proactive engagement with customers
• Assisting with store operations and inventory management as required
• Participating in product training sessions to stay up-to-date with our latest collections
• Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

• Previous 2 years of experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, preferably within the watch or luxury goods industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers; Preferred Mandarin speaking
• A passion for the watch industry and a keen eye for detail
• Excellent product knowledge and the ability to provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers
• Confident in handling cash and transaction processing
• Passionate about social media or TikTok sharing to attract potential customers
• A positive, enthusiastic and team-oriented attitude
