Training Quality and Result Evaluation: Oversee the progress and quality control of training projects, evaluating from different perspectives.
Course Optimization: Follow up on the applicability of the courses, collect feedback, and gradually modify and improve the courses.
Research for Different Training Groups: Conduct research for various training targets and develop suitable training methods.
PS Management (Promoter Management)
Management System Development: Establish a promoter entry, transfer, and exit management system in line with the company’s development needs, making the process more standardized, streamlined, and efficient.
Recruitment: Develop recruitment standards and processes based on the profile of excellent promoters, and promote implementation.
Optimization: Coordinate with HR and the sales team to optimize underperforming staff based on company requirements, ensuring the quantity and quality of promoters.
Promoter Management Project Planning and Execution.
Store Visits: Conduct store visits for promoter performance checks.
Team Honor and Sense of Belonging: Build team spirit by regularly sharing sales strategies, reward schemes, product promotion materials, and excellent promoter case studies in work groups and on social media.
Assist Leadership: Assist in the formulation and breakdown of national assessment indicators and plans.
Monitor Progress: Follow up on the completion of various indicators, conduct reviews, and provide constructive suggestions.
Product Promotion Projects: Plan, execute, and summarize product promotion projects (including New Product Launches, Price Drops, marketing promotions, and event execution).
Product Competitiveness Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis on product competitiveness from the perspectives of consumers (purchase drivers and objections), retailers, competitors, and promoters.
