Job description

A Retail System Support Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of retail technology systems. They provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain systems to optimize retail operations.

Responsibilities:

System Maintenance:

  • Implement, configure, and maintain Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, inventory management software, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and other retail-specific technologies.
  • Ensure accurate inventory tracking, order processing, and customer data management.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Train retail staff on system usage and best practices.
  • Analyze system data to identify areas for improvement.

Process Improvement:

  • Recommend and implement process changes to enhance retail efficiency.
  • Collaborate with IT and retail teams to integrate new system features.

Technical Support:

  • Provide technical assistance to retail staff on system usage.
  • Resolve system-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain system security and data integrity.

Requirements:

  • More than 2 years in IT related work.
  • Proven experience with retail technology systems (POS, inventory, CRM).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and be a team player.
  • Must be able to work at Petaling Jaya Seksyen 51 and Bukit Raja 2 (future new HQ)
  • Have own transport and willing to travel.
